Game Changing Manifesting Tips

In the words of Amanda Frances, manifesting is not for the faint hearted. While you can easily get excited about the concept, manifest a text or an object showing up etc. the truth is, it's a process and a lifestyle. Often, it takes a lot of courage and stamina.

That statement should not take the fun out of it, not for a second: Understanding that the deeper you go, the more healing work you do, the easier it all becomes, is the life changing magic that will carry you for the rest of your life.

Manifesting is the art of planting seeds in specific spots to design and grow the life you want. If a bird helps plant a surprise flower, of course, we love that every time (remember, we are co-creating). For a healthy garden, you need a healthy soil and environment.

That's why I wanted to share some nuggets of wisdom I gathered over the years or that are currently activated through conversations with my clients as well as my personal practice.

Boundaries and Manifesting

While the Universe is always a Yes, saying No is a big part of the manifestation process. Setting boundaries, being energetically unavailable for the things you don't want in your life allow you to hold space for what you want. Be ruthless when it comes to protecting your energy.

The key here is to understand that being energetically unavailable for something does not mean hating on it, talking negatively about it or giving it any focus. It's entirely ghosting that thing. Just like you'd block a number on your phone, you block it in your mind. DONE. It's not even part of your World. When you shout no at something and wrestle it to the ground, you give it more room. That's why it's important to understand the essence of energetic boundaries. You know you're there when that unwanted thing, whenever hinted at or observed somewhere else makes you feel perplexed, like "what even is that?"

Attitude and Manifesting

You set the rules. You decide what works for you based on the entire ecosystem of your life, your current situation and where you want to be. No, you don't need to be a happy go lucky kinda girl all the time. You don't need to be a saint. You get to be your genuine self at all stages of the manifesting process.

You don't need to be perfect to manifest abundance, love or anything you want. You're not here to be a saint. That kind of BS directly comes from religious dogma. We're not here for that (see nugget above... ;) ) Not around here.

You can be a boss, a baddie, you can be soft spoken, uber shy, you can be whoever you are. You are perfect and worthy as you are. Right now. Whether you have some "bad" habits, a temper or anything often deemed not so spiritual.... It's thinking that it's not spiritual that hinders your process. Nothing else.

You can swear like a sailor and manifest like a queen!

Often what happens when you integrate manifesting in your life is you will practice more self-love and embrace your divine worthiness, which brings more joy and a better mood. It leads to dropping things that don't feel good anymore. For example, I stopped smoking cigarettes very naturally as a side effect of my practice. For no other reason that those cigarettes were not entirely a good experience anymore. So I dropped them, case closed. And that can apply to anything in your life. But yes you can go out and drink, you can swear like a sailor and manifest like a Queen. Or you can live in a little nest of house plants and cats and be just as powerful. Or a little bit of both.

Do you. Love you. Manifest more of you.

Beliefs and Manifesting

Your beliefs form the operative system from which you manifest your reality. The name of the game is to choose and create beliefs that serve you.

You may be familiar with Abraham Hicks' famous quote "a belief is just a thought you continue to think." There's no better way to put it. That's why thoughts and affirmations matter so much. That's the core of my work with my coaching clients, that's the core of my work on myself all day every day. Little confession? That'seven what I sneak into the conversation at the grocery store... Beliefs are everything.

You are what you believe and you manifest what you are. Let's repeat that:

YOU ARE WHAT YOU BELIEVE AND YOU MANIFEST WHAT YOU ARE

I hope this helpful, loves!
